Job Description
Description Our client is looking to hire a Credit & Collections Representative. This person is responsible for resolving credit issues, reviewing credit holds, and working with customers to solve AR issues. This position is located in Shoreview and will start right away!Responsibilities: - Work within credit procedures to make decisions on orders held due to credit issues. - Review new and existing customers accounts to make credit recommendations. - Reach out to customers to collect payment on overdue balances, resolve issues with open orders.- Work cross functionally with cash applications, tax team, customer service, etc. to resolve issues.- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting related to credit and collections.*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.Please submit your resume and call Jordan Lynch at 651-293-3973 for review and consideration.
