Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a B2B Commercial Collector for our client located in Elk Grove Village , IL. Our client is a well-established distribution company, and they are looking to add a skilled B2B Commercial Collector their AR team. The B2B Commercial Collector will be hired on permanently after completing a 3-month temporary period. The B2B Commercial Collectors performing high volume collection calls and emails on delinquent payments. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate would be able to phone interview and then start shortly after.Job Requirements:B2B Commercial Collector Responsibilities: Perform collection calls on past due B2B commercial accounts Communicate often with internal customer service and sales teams to resolve payment issues Identify and negotiate approved payment arrangements on past due balances Document updated in the system related to past due payment issues Review orders on credit hold and release with approval B2B Commercial Collector Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B high volume collections experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel If you or anybody that you know are qualified and interested, please apply ASAP!
