You should expect to handle high volumes of mostly inbound calls. Immediate bonus potential following a one week comprehensive training program with unlimited inventory. If you can convert inbound calls in a compliant manner, MLG is for you. As part of the Mandarich Team, you will service calls for our clients that include major banks and debt forwarders.

If you have previous customer service, call center experience we will be willing to train interested applicants.

Description:
* Handle 75-100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients. * Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team. * Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal. * Utilize multi-tasking and communication skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
