Position Description:
The position is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships in the Denver Metro area by working with revenue size companies $25MM and greater, and originating, underwriting and closing profitable commercial loans in the $1MM to $50MM target range. Responsible for proactive client portfolio management, exceptional customer service and selling full commercial banking solutions to clients.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess at a minimum a Bachelor's degree and five years of commercial lending experience. The candidate must possess proven strong relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills. Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services. Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices. Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred. Working knowledge of financial statements required. Local market knowledge, relationships and community involvement.
