Elastic Cloud is currently going through huge growth, and we need to expand our cloud product management team to support the growth. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will work to provide a frictionless cloud customer journey whether that experience originates directly through Elastic trials or AWS/GCP/Azure marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced SaaS product manager with a background in observability or search space.

• Optimize the user experience across our free trial and AWS/GCP/Azure marketplace journeys, focussing on customer acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Investigate key AWS/GCP/Azure services that align with our solutions and work with our engineering and product teams on integration requirements and delivery.
• Work closely with our UI/UX team on crafting impactful user experiences
• Develop detailed use-cases and product requirements, working closely with engineering teams through the design, development, and release processes
• Independently measure product KPIs, which will drive process improvements and future product features
• Understand and remedy customer needs by interacting directly with customers, reading and understanding support tickets, and listening for the valuable feedback
• Support product marketing and sales enablement to craft customer-focused messaging and content

• You have 3+ years in product management for a SaaS product(s) and have a deep understanding of SaaS and IaaS domains
• Ideally, you worked on observability or search products in the past. If not, you worked on developer-targeted SaaS products.
• The ability to dive deeply into the technical understanding of how a product works. An engineering background is a plus.
• Open source experience and knowledge of the Elastic Stack is also a plus.
• Must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working closely with design and engineering teams to deep dive into the details.
• Ability to understand customer needs, build customer value and highlight competitive differentiation through packaging and pricing
• Experience crafting high-quality sales and customer-facing content including as well as guiding the product marketing team to create content
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience or willingness to work in a distributed organization
