The responsibilities primarily pertain to the preparation and prosecution of patents, ongoing informal opinions, strategic counseling, due diligence, licensing, trademarks, and patent portfolio management. The technical category is primarily relating to software, machine learning, artificial intelligence. n n n nThis is a small, but expanding patent department within a technology driven company. You will work closely with engineering, general legal, and top management relating to innovative and highly valuable patent families that are of great importance to the company.
