Description
We are currently working with a global multi-billion dollar global asset and investment manager. They are seeking a corporate attorney to manage their US matters. The attorney will have an opportunity to work with a collegial environment and will handle a variety of corporate, real estate and finance transactions. Some matters may include:
+ Representing issuers and investors in financing transactions;
+ representing financial institutions, underwriters and agents in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities;
+ Advising corporate clients on general securities laws, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
+ Lender and borrower side experience with significant experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex documents, syndicated and acquisition finance expertise.
+ Representing all categories of participants in a variety of public and private financing transactions, including, borrowers/issuers, private equity sponsors, lenders and underwriters.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to lead the US global legal team.
Transactional experience should include middle market and investment grade syndicated credit financings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.
