The ideal candidate will not only have experience in Plaintiff PI but will be familiar with pre-litigation settlement preferably in a high-volume setting. Legal Experiencer REQUIRED : Must be a member of the Illinois Bar and must also have a minimum two to five years of civil litigation with a minimum of 2 current years in Personal Injury. We are looking for someone that has a real passion for their profession and for serving their clients. 5+ years Personal Injury experience in a Law Firm, strong pre-litigation settlement and am ability to handle trial work. Attorneys must be in good standing with the Illinois Bar; Strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills; Ability to work and excel in a busy environment; Bilingual fluency Spanish/English is a plus.
