The candidate should preferably have experience in patent litigation and/or post-grant proceedings. Must have USPTO registration in good standing.

The candidate must evidence academic achievement, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills, show an ability to assume direct responsibility for client work while providing the highest levels of client service.
