The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years of experience in an intellectual property practice focusing primarily on trademarks, including trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, or litigation. Experience with trademark litigation in federal court, and proceedings at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, is a plus. Excellent writing skills and an exceptional academic record are required.
