Duane Morris LLP seeks an associate to join its growing litigation practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of commercial/construction litigation experience with an understanding/background in breach of contract, bonding, risk mitigation and lien law issues. Experience in drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects a plus.
