Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our expanding Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a minimum ofthree years of experience handling private equity and/or private target mergers and acquisitions work. Experience at an AmLaw 100 is required.
