SF&E manufactures a complete line of quality sand and investment castings ranging in size from one ounce to more than 1,500 pounds. Our 175 employees working in our facility on Milwaukee’s North side produce world-class castings for the high-specification casting market.
SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Engineering and Sales & Marketing Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Update routing with comments and pictures.
Standardize and build routing specific to alloys.
Update sample packets and production live introduction.
Conduct Market Research.
Review competitor analysis.
Accept applications and resumes.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate bachelors program pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate analytical and problem solving abilities
High degree of self-motivation and ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic Microsoft application experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year undergraduate bachelors program pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
HOURS:
Part-time (20-25 hours per work) during school year, and Full-time (40 hours) during the summer
Possible addition of hours during break
Possibility to move into Full-time position after successful internship and graduation
