Our private sector work includes assignments for multiple commercial/industrial sectors, including oil and gas, chemicals, power, food and beverage, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. https://aecom.com/markets/water/Job Summary:Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Develop drawings from engineering sketches using AutoCAD and Revit software. Complete graphics assignments for water, wastewater, industrial, commercial and municipal projects following standards to achieve results and deadlines.Manage designs during construction including review of submittals and response to contractor design clarification requests.Perform both manual and computer aided calculations including construction cost estimations.Analyze and select equipment for projects.Work cross functionally, within a project team environment and interfacing with other multi-discipline design team members.Minimum RequirementsHigh School degree or GED plus six (6) years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or educationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Revit and AutoCAD is strongly preferredTechnical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter curriculumExperience working within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferredProficient in the use of MS OfficeQualified applicants will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritizeAdditional InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this position.What We OfferWhen you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
