Job Description
Position Summary:

Responsible for the scanning of critical mass production parts on the Romer Arm

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assuring product, process, and system quality requirements are implemented
  • Maintaining records and ensuring procedures are followed
  • Defining, analyzing, and resolving issues effectively
  • Scanning and measuring parts on the Romer Arm
  • Ability to operate a microscope
  • Ability to create reports
  • Assist in calibration of tools
  • Read blueprints and use computer aided design software
  • Follow standard work instructions
  • Work with vendors to get issues resolved
Other Job Functions:

  • Comply with FIC's Safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures and standards
  • Perform 5-S activities
Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of 3D Modelling Software
  • Background in mechanical field and drawings
  • Must have proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
