TreeHouse Foods is hiring Machine Operators!

Stop in for open interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-1pm and Wednesdays from 3-6pm.

Benefits and incentives

New hires are eligible for benefits and 401(k) within their first month of hire. Shift differential of $0.90. After 90 days pay per hour increases to $18.72 per hour. We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $300 to be paid out after 6 months and $300 to be paid out after 9 months(attendance and probationary policies apply).

Roles and Responsibilities

The Machine Operator job is a position that encompasses multiple roles. As an operator in a high demand, fast paced food manufacturing environment, job duties will not be limited to one primary function. The operator is responsible for everything from supplying to running lines.

The operator is dedicated to maintaining quality product and maintains a high level of productivity and safety. Position recipients must understand all phases of packaging activity, monitor and assure quality of operating parameters and communicate all information clearly and precisely with shift supervisors, leads, mechanics, other operators, and packers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• At least 6 months of Machine Operator experience
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2nd Shift hours are 2PM-10:30PM Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
