Benefits and incentives

New hires are eligible for benefits and 401(k) within their first month of hire. Shift differential of $0.90. After 90 days pay per hour increases to $18.72 per hour. We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $300 to be paid out after 6 months and $300 to be paid out after 9 months(attendance and probationary policies apply).

Roles and Responsibilities

The Machine Operator job is a high capacity position that encompasses multiple roles. As an operator in a high demand, fast paced food manufacturing environment, job duties will not be limited to one primary function. The operator is responsible for everything from supplying to running lines.

• Verify that all necessary supplies are ready in the staging area.

• Transport necessary supplies into specified packaging rooms.

• Ensure that proper materials and quantities are ready and available.

• Constantly monitor production rooms and refill supply as needed.

• Communicate with line operators about the timing of change-overs.

• Input transactions into our inventory system

• Using a handjack, transport finished goods to the shrink wrap area.

• Using a handjack, remove excess packaging materials from the production lines and return to proper area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old

• At least 6 months of Machine Operator experience

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required

• 3rd shift hours are 10PM-6:30AM Monday through Friday. Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
