Responsibilities

What you will enjoy doing:

As our Zone Production Manager, you will have accountability and responsibility to ensure that all plants are operated safely, reliably and efficiently while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual plan objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

    Leadership & Employee Development
  • On-Site HSE & compliance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally
  • On-site plant operations and maintenance
  • On-site quality and services
  • On-site competitive costs and continuous improvement
  • EMOC change standards
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemical or mechanical is required.
  • You'll need a minimum of eight years of professional experience preferably in industrial products, chemicals or engineering industry and a minimum five years of process operations experience in process plant operations or reliability activity.
  • Prior knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems will set you up for success in this role.
  • Experience in process engineering, plant operations and in operating ASU/ hydrogen plants.
  • Proficiency in process safety as outlined by OSHA 19.10.
  • Experience working in fast paced operating environment and working with challenging/demanding customers is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and execution skills are a must.
  • Union environment experience - Preferred
