The Customer Service Representative in this position serves as the first point of contact and provides superior customer service and support primarily by phone, but communication may also be through email or another written format. The Customer Service Representative in this position must have a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the Bank and can respond to a range of customer issues or inquiries in a friendly, courteous, and cooperative manner.The Customer Service Representative provides services to English and Spanish speaking customers. TheCustomer Service Representative is expected to work well with others and maintain courteous and professional communications with co-workers and customers.
