DescriptionKings is looking for experienced, energetic Safety, Gaming, & Facility Managers!HIRING BONUS PROGRAM Competitive Pay$1,000 Signing bonus for managers hired 5/19/21 - 6/30/21*$500 Signing bonus for hourly team members hired 5/19/21 - 6/30/21* Health Insurance*Student Loan Payback Benefit**401K Benefit****Eligibility for Hourly team members is based on the hours worked in the lookback period. The signing bonus structure is temporary, and Kings Dining & Entertainment reserves the right to end, alter or change the structure at any time. Bonus will be paid only after hourly and salaried employees have completed 90 days of work at a minimum of 30 hours per week.After the open enrollment is completed, any hourly employees who complete 90 days of work at a minimum of 30 hours per week would be considered full time employees and will be offered insurance. They will receive the notification through netchex automatically. They must stay at full time hours to keep their insurance.**Student Loan Payback benefit is for salaried employees and are eligible after one year of employment. Employee will receive $100/month after one year, $125 per month after three years and $175/month after six years.***401K benefit is for salaried employees and are eligible after one year of employmentThe Safety, Gaming, & Facility Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans for safety, machine maintenance, development, and growth of the technician team. S/He is responsible for daily operations of the facility department with their location utilizing, effective cost controls, cleaning, organizational skills, team development, training, retention, and growth of hourly and salary facility team members.Safety, Gaming, & Facility Manager Responsibilities:Attends weekly manager meetings, conducts one on one communication, recognition, coaching, corrective action, and development plans in place.Ensures team member paperwork, certifications and training materials are completed.Safety training and support is shown on a consistent basis within the maintenance department.Meets staffing pars for the maintenance department to ensure a positive guest experience and business growth.Manages team retention and maintains turnover by meeting or exceeding established goals.Accurately analyzes previous sales, upcoming booked events, promotions, special events, local impact events, and holidays to ensure proper coverage and preparation.Monitors all reservations and events to accurately plan maintenance and reduce the loss of sales from mechanical failure.Reviews daily department logs to identify and correct guest-eye view failures.Fully support all promotions and marketing objectives.Maximizes all gaming revenue by ensuring all machines and games are optimal during peak periods RequirementsPrevious maintenance background with management experience7 day a week plus holiday availability, 50+ hoursRegularly lift 30 lbs., occasionally 60 lbs., or up to 100 lbs. with help/assistance.Good sense of balance. Able to bend, kneel, sit, crouch, and crawl frequently.Prior professional experience in a mechanical field.
