Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transfer pricing services to current and future Crowe clients .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow client base for transfer pricing services;
Develop and foster relationships within Crowe to identify opportunities to provide or expand transfer pricing services at existing clients
Effectively managing all aspects of transfer pricing projects, from scoping to deliverables, including technical content, client and internal communications and engagement economics
Build, develop and lead a local team of transfer pricing professionals within the existing national transfer pricing practice to successfully provide high quality and timely deliverables
Generate business and goodwill for the transfer pricing practice by proactively engaging within the national, regional and local marketplace and Crowe community
Effectively lead global transfer pricing engagements while coordinating with local transfer pricing experts from Crowe's global affiliates.

All of the following:

a. A Bachelor's degree, with Certified Financial Analyst designation, American Society of Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification, or Certified Management Accountant designation

or

Master's degree in economics, tax, finance, or accounting,

And an enrolled agent designation

or

PhD degree in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, International Business, Accounting, or other related major, and Attorney with JD or JD/LLM (Passed Bar Exam and maintains active license)

  • 10+ years of experience working full time on in a professional role within a transfer pricing group (consulting experience preferred but will consider in-house experience)
  • Other professional certification credentials may be considered
  • International Tax experience on a consultative level preferred
  • Work in a team environment recognizing that there will be periods of extended and weekend hours to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Travel to client locations domestically and internationally as well as to other Crowe U.S. offices
  • Excellent skills in the following areas:
  • Staff management, including strong social and collaboration skills with the ability to explain, teach, and inspire teammates to perform to the best of their abilities
  • Project management, including strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to details
  • Communication, including written and oral communication
