Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Benefit Specialist . The primary function of the Benefit Specialist is to administer MHC's employee benefit programs and respond to questions related to employee benefits.

• Administers employee benefit programs including the health insurance plan, prescription drug program, profit sharing plan, voluntary term life insurance plan, short-term and long-term disability plans, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, health savings accounts and credit union.
• Functions as a liaison with employees and benefit vendors.
• Assist with the development of Benefit presentations and communication materials
• Continually identifies areas for improvement and implements new procedures and processes where possible.
• Handles COBRA notifications, enrollments and terminations; including collection of COBRA payments.
• Acts as Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and leave of absence (LOA) coordinator.
• Compiles data and creates a variety of reports requiring computer skills.
• Provides general administrative support to the Human Department.
