Can you deliver marketing excellence across a broad range of customer platforms? Do you want to implement regional and local brand activities such as sponsorships, SoMe, events, and influencer campaigns? And are you passionate about the customer experience? Then you might be our new Customer Experience Manager for US and Canada.

Experienced, multifaceted marketer

As a Customer Experience Manager in EPOS Gaming, you will be a critical link between Global Marketing, Sales, and our Customers. It is therefore important, that you thrive in the intersection between departments and possess the ability communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a multifaceted marketer, familiar with both on and offline marketing who understands the importance of excellence in execution. You will be a critical stakeholder securing our brand presence with customers across US and Canada on an operational level.

Responsibilities

In particular you will:

    Create and follow up on the regional Trade Marketing Plan and budget
  • Secure the implementation of our campaigns on an operational level across all markets, customers, and channels in your region
  • Ensure optimal implementation of our brand and products on customer websites
  • Ensure optimal implementation of our brand and products in-store
  • Plan and execute Events, Fairs and Trade Shows on a regional level
  • Handle regional brand and campaign initiatives
  • Participate in and manage selected Global Customer Experience projects

You understand our customers and the playing field

It is important that you understand and have experience with the multi-channel universe of today's retailers.

Qualifications

You can tick-off the following skills:

  • Four-year college degree with a concentration in Marketing Communication, Project Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of Marketing experience strongly desired
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized and eager to meet deadlines
  • Modern consumer brand experience, with a clear understanding of audience reach & conversion
  • Digital platform experience
  • Retail promotion creation, planning and execution
  • Fast learner with an international mindset
  • Great communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Experience in working with large retailers such as Best Buy
  • Experience in working with budgets and Trade Marketing plans
  • Background in consumer electronics
  • Experience in working with premium brands
  • Experience with review programs
