Gundersen Health Systemis recruiting for a BC/BE Ophthalmologist who isFellowship trained oculoplastics. Primary practice will be oculoplastics/orbit but willing to provide some comprehensive ophthalmology service as part of a group practice. Shared call is 1:11 with ten other board certified Ophthalmologists on staff.We are a full service ophthalmology department including comprehensive ophthalmologists as well as subspecialists including cornea, glaucoma, vitreoretinal, pediatrics and refractive surgery. The Gundersen Eye Department provides the latest in technology and equipment.We ensure state-of-the-art eye care to the citizens of southwest Wisconsin, southeast Minnesotaand northeast Iowa. In addition to our eleven ophthalmologists, our professional eye care team includes optometrists, ophthalmicand optometric technicians, contact lens specialists, low vision personnel, and on site opticians. Outreach may be required.Our physician led organization is academically affiliated with the UW-Madison with active residency and fellowship programs. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
