Compensation: $14.00 to $15.00 hourly

To succeed in this File Clerk position, you will need to be able to perform various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. What you get to do every day:

  • Retrieving data within allotted time frames
  • Arranging high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices and other indexed documents within specified guidelines
  • Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects
  • Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing
  • Manage files from departments and employees by gathering and indexing
  • Give utmost attention to quality control to ensure proper document filing
  • Answering questions about records and files


Job Requirements:
  • Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
  • Data entry experience
  • Strong familiarity with personnel file maintenance
  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
  • At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred
  • Please apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Word and Excel experience is desired
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
  • Demonstrated ability handling office equipment
  • Strong communication and social skills
