WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER?
Take proactive steps to understand and develop your territory to ensure that you exceed your sales goals.
Manage sales process from quote to closing the deal while expanding relationships, growing loyalty, and increasing profitability for larger customers and systems.
Conduct product demonstrations/training as well as conducting Lunch and Learn sessions with architects and engineers.
Continually recruit, develop, manage, and grow a network of accounts, partners and dealers.
Conduct remote and live Dealer visits and training sessions.
Maintain accurate and current data is entered into the CRM and data mine the CRM to identify dormant and underperforming dealers to target for growth.
Generate and qualify new business leads by phone, email, and live visits.
Respond to incoming leads for potential new dealers.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure that systems are configured with proper equipment before quotes are issued.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER?
A track record of closing sales and growing a territory
Strong technical and sales aptitudes
5+ years B2B sales experience in Senior Care, helpful
Able to travel, as needed, up to 25% of the time.
LinkedIn/Social Media savvy
MS Office and CRM Software experience
Excellent/articulate communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
High energy with an outgoing personality
Self-starter, able to work proactively and independently.
WHAT WILL PUT YOUR RESUME AHEAD OF OTHERS?
