Marketing Coordinator We are passionate about moving people forward at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! We are growing and so is our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing marketing plans for our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations in the Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Madison areas with the ultimate goal of growing revenue and increasing market reach. This is an excellent entry level role for a young marketer who is interested in experiencing the broad spectrum of marketing for an internationally franchised brand. The position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications. What We Offer * Salary range:$32-35k (DOE) with bonus potential * Paid time off * Health and dental insurance * Career advancement opportunities What You'll Do Marketing Responsibilities * Execute marketing initiatives * Track and evaluate lead sources through various tools * Track and report impact of marketing initiatives; measure return on investment * Research and implement new marketing strategies and tactics in coordination with other system marketers Community Outreach/PR /Networking * Maintain relationships with our list of charity partners, documents; coordinate donation requests and community involvement; document any PR * Coordinate and attend networking events * Initiate and develop relationships with apartment and senior communities, local realtors, mortgage agencies, and other potential commercial customers * Represent the brand at trade shows, events and chamber marketing opportunities Social Media Management * Assist in development of social media content and calendar * Monitor social conversations * Create social media ads * Report social analytics to VP of Marketing & Communications * Grow social media followers through quality-driven, meaningful content appropriate for our audience * Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing & Communications What We're Looking For We seek candidates with a commitment to team building, a desire for variety in their role, and appreciation for excellent customer service-both internally and externally. * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field is preferred but not required * A minimum of two years of related experience (including internships) is preferred * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the marketing field * Highly creative and motivated * Ability to work independently * Friendly, professional, and personable * Exceptional oral and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications * Must have a command of social media platforms * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and regular drug screens * Must be available to work evenings and weekends on occasion Work is performed in an office setting or remotely with no unusual hazards.
