Job Description
Qualifications

Job Summary:
Performs medical sonographic imaging and related procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment of patients. Performs radiographic images, if eligible.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a formal Ultrasound training program.

Licensure: Board certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) in Sonography Principles and Instrumentation, and a minimum of one of the following disciplines: OB/GYN, Breast or Abdomen.

Experience: None.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to produce diagnostic information as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an AMA Radiologic Technology program.

Licensure: Certificate by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology and possess a valid Mississippi state credential.

Experience: One (1) year of ultrasound experience.
