Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C., has six clinics throughout the Tacoma area located in University Place, Puyallup, Sunrise, Auburn, Gig Harbor, and Bonney Lake. All locations utilize the industry's most advanced vision care technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases. Using cloud-based software, the office operates in a paperless environment that enables electronic medical records and charting from anywhere. Patients enjoy a family-friendly experience as they shop a large variety of fashionable eyewear-plus, the Opticians provide personalized support to help patients select the proper frames tailored to medical needs and fashion preferences.

About the Optometrist Position

Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, P.C., is seeking a highly-skilled Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care and deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions. You'll work 32 to 40 hours a week and provide a variety of optometric services: conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretations; diagnose and treat ocular diseases; perform contact lens fittings; prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses; and recommend patient follow-ups and treatment plans. Support from a dedicated team of optical technicians will allow you to focus on providing the highest level of personalized care to help patients achieve optimal vision.

Minimum qualifications include:

* Optometry license in the state of Washington
* At least two year's experience practicing optometry
* Valid CPR certificate

Preferred qualifications include:

* Prior experience in an ophthalmology practice setting
* Specialty contact lens fittings
