Jensen Hughes is seeking a motivated individual to become a key member of our Enterprise Applications team. The role will primarily be responsible for the build, delivery, and maintenance of SQL reports and Power BI dashboards. This individual will also be involved in supporting new reporting and analytics initiatives throughout the organization, providing opportunities to expand responsibilities and skillset.

Support and troubleshoot existing production reports and complex data issues (SQL, SSRS, Power BI)
• Maintain existing Power BI dashboards and develop new dashboards as required
• Research discrepancies between report output and end user expectations and identify/implement solutions
• Gather requirements and develop new reports by translating raw data from various sources into meaningful reports
• Collaborate with technical partners to enhance the analytic capabilities through development and maintenance of financial and operational reporting
• Conduct quality tests before delivering results
• Build and maintain cooperative relationship with end-users
• Ensure streamlined reporting procedures as well as accuracy and security of data

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related Field
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL and querying techniques
• Experience building end-user reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels
• Proven ability to integrate with a team and work well with others
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Ability to use good judgment in planning and accomplishing new and/or unfamiliar objectives
• Ability to research, gather and analyze information then formulate effective recommendations and actions
• Able to effectively participate as a key member of project from inception to completion
