Abacus Technology is seeking a Contract Specialist to provide procurement support for the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.

Support price/cost evaluation activities. Perform contract close-out activities. Collect, compile and analyze data. Support clerical, administrative and office operations. Perform training associated with contract activities.

10 years in contract and acquisition support including at least 5 years experience supporting DoD programs. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Understanding of federal acquisition regulations and contract administration. Able to provide solutions to a variety of contractual issues. Able to develop and manage complex solutions and represent the organization to management on matters concerning contracts. Solid communication skills are critical. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
