Posting Information

SETUP CREW - Works with crew completing event setups and strikes (i.e. stage, tables, chairs, sound, lighting).
Other duties include light facility cleaning. Additional duties may include working as a concert stagehand, spotlight operator, and security for major events.
As an USHER you provide a primary level of guest assistance in the Ramsey Center seating area; provide guests with directions or other venue information; help guests locate their assigned seats; report any ticketing problems to a supervisor; you may use a scanner at the door to scan tickets or work in a position to allow/disallow access into the event area based on the customer's credentials.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to concentrate and follow oral and written instructions
- Must be able to push/pull heavy rolling equipment
- Must be able to regularly and frequently climb numerous stairs
- Could be available to work the week of Commencement
May 10 - May 14
-Commencement Ceremonies:
May 14th - May 16th

Customer Service, Must be able to follow oral and written directions, Communicate Effectively, Work as a team,

Preferred Qualifications

- A good attitude is a must. A good work ethic is even better. We are looking for folks who are willing and eager to work.
- Any experience in event services, retail, entertainment, amusement park, etc will be considered but is not required.
