A critical member of the Goodwill Business Service team, as a Woodworker I you can expect to work 40 hours per week and to be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 403 B retirement, educational reimbursement, EAP, STD, LTD, PTO, employee discount, and referral program.

Responsibilities

    As a Woodworker I, you will be responsible for:

    • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
    • Adheres to all quality standards as outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Displays positive work ethics and provides positive influence to program participants and coworkers.
    • Works as part of a team
    • Performs operator level Preventive Maintenance on equipment
    • Reads job packet and work instructions and performs work as assigned by supervisor
    • Manufactures products such as shipping crates
Qualifications

Are you . . .

  • A high school graduate or have equivalent combination of education and experience?
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance and/or accommodations?
  • Experienced in Forklift?
  • Experienced in woodwork?
