• Strong ability to interface with plant hourly and salaried personnel, logistic carriers, and production suppliers
• Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access etc...)
• Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability
• Need to react well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Need a "whatever it takes to get the job done" type of attitude

• Plant experience is desired but not required
• Experience desired in Common Manufacturing Management System (CMMS)
• Material Planning and Logistics experience desired
