BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
• Minimum 1 year of administrative professional experience or marketing internship in a corporate setting.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous advertising, marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Solid communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and process-based environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you willassist the Brand marketing team with project management execution and administration. This includes supporting independent channel programs and promotions, collateral materials, trade shows and events, e-blasts, displays and merchandising aids, new product launches, print production and distribution of materials.

YOUR ROLE:

• Project management
• Product catalogs/brochures and custom marketing program support
• Trade shows and events support
• New product launch materials, printing and distribution support
• Video and other content development support
• Survey development, distribution and reporting of results
• Public Relations support
• Support co-marketing program
• Training program support
• Support marketing merchandising aids program
• Track marketing budget spend (invoices and expenses)
• Maintain the marketing closet
• May perform other duties as assigned
