Job Responsibilities:

  • Process all textile donations for store shipments and/or resale in a Goodwill store adhering to all production and quality standards.
  • Meets minimum production requirements and quality standards within 60 days and thereafter maintain that standard.
  • Provides excellent customer service at all times.
Great store discount, flexible scheduling, 401k plan, paid holidays, FT positions are benefit eligible after 60 days.
Job Qualifications:
Job Specification
Knowledge of fabrics, styles and quality materials is preferred.
Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to work overtime during busy seasons.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand continuously for more than 75% of the shift.
Ability to repeatedly bend forward or to the side 60 degrees to remove or place items into various carts for 50% of the shift.
Ability to stand continuously with the neck bent forward 30 degrees for more than 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift 50 pounds from ground level to waist level for 25% of the shift.
Ability to lift 25 pounds every few minutes for more than 75% of the shift.
Must be able to push and pull various carts requiring a force of 25 pounds a distance of 100 feet for 25% of the shift.
Ability to repetitively perform the same hand, wrist and arm motions every few seconds for more than 75% of the shift.

Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
