Digital Marketing Analyst

Omron Automation - Americas is looking for a proactive and focused Digital Marketing Analyst in Hoffman Estates, IL. This role will work alongside other Marketing Analyst roles, as a data guide, researcher, and analytical partner to optimize business strategies across the Americas, which will include: campaigns, advertising, inside sales, website experiences. The role will be responsible for analyzing, researching, and reporting on key performance metrics, data, and trends. The Digital Marketing Analyst will support the marketing analytics/measurement roadmap and strategies to help curate a data-driven culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have familiarity working with marketing data sets, databases, and business intelligence (BI) tools. You must have the ability to translate complex business questions into simple answers that are easily digestible by key stakeholders. In this role, you will responsible for parsing through and analyzing disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights to enable Omron to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • A key player in adopting best practices for analytics culture of excellence and how we leverage strategic insights for Omron Americas.
  • Build digital marketing analytics communications, documentation, testing & metrics tracking reports with guidance from Marketing Analyst.
  • Assist Marketing Analyst in monitoring digital marketing efforts.
  • Work with Marketing Analyst to ensure the integrity of our data through ongoing maintenance and governance.
  • Assist with creating analytic visual dashboards to answer questions based on business results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analyst to maintain reporting schedules.
  • Collect, prep, distribute marketing post=mortem analysis, and inbound/outbound reports.
  • Perform marketing research and adhoc requests assigned by Marketing Analyst.
  • Work closely within the Digital Marketing team to understand analytic objectives and requirements for providing recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field from a four-year college is preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) plus years experience in related job discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools; Google Analytics, Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Excel.
  • Data mining and data analysis skills with the ability to clearly present complex information in a simple manner, discern business meaning, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Oracle CRM and Hubspot preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing conversion tracking, analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
