LMI is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to support an Intelligence Community client. This position will be located in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities
    Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and document concepts, processes, work tasks to deliver tailored data science training solutions
  • Contribute to development of data science training strategy
  • Establish core competencies amongst a group of individuals.
  • Track cost, schedule and performance
  • Ensure requirements are met including quality of product and services, cost control, timeliness and business relations following an Agile approach
  • Manage staffing requirements
  • Ensure an adequate quality assurance program and process are in place and strictly adhered to for all products and services
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations, including all documentation requirements. Track and review documents and guidance for improvement
  • Manage all subcontractors and vendors engaged
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge and skill in developing and providing data science training on computer hardware and application software and knowledge to convert to computer based training modules.
  • Experience reviewing training material and develop storyboards for conversion into Computer based training.
  • Knowledge, skill, and ability to work with graphic designers, editors, multimedia specialists and project managers.
