LMI is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to support an Intelligence Community client. This position will be located in the Washington DC area.
- Contribute to development of data science training strategy
- Establish core competencies amongst a group of individuals.
- Track cost, schedule and performance
- Ensure requirements are met including quality of product and services, cost control, timeliness and business relations following an Agile approach
- Manage staffing requirements
- Ensure an adequate quality assurance program and process are in place and strictly adhered to for all products and services
- Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations, including all documentation requirements. Track and review documents and guidance for improvement
- Manage all subcontractors and vendors engaged
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- 5+ years of related experience
- Knowledge and skill in developing and providing data science training on computer hardware and application software and knowledge to convert to computer based training modules.
- Experience reviewing training material and develop storyboards for conversion into Computer based training.
- Knowledge, skill, and ability to work with graphic designers, editors, multimedia specialists and project managers.
