FCA Software Methods and Tools is looking for experienced Agile coaches to be change-agents to help drive and sustain Agile transformation of a global product development organization focused on market-differentiating vehicle software. Coaches will work directly with multi-disciplinary product development and supporting function teams, to initiate, instill, and build Agile operating practices in a Lean-Agile scaling framework called Autoscrum, oriented toward Automotive vehicle software development. This role will coach at the role, team, program, and product levels, in an Agile Enterprise Transformation team, that works across all vehicle software domains, and will engage with engineering, program management, and product development leadership. The Agile Coach is part of an overall community of practitioners responsible for driving organization performance and product excellence through the application of Agile practices. The Coach will be responsible for overall Agile related growth and development of the teams they are associated with.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implementing Agile best practices and standards across the enterprise and Agile teams. Drive the organization-wide Agile adoption strategy and rollout plans
- Coaching the shift to an Agile mindset
- Evaluating and mentoring existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, scrum masters and delivery team members
- Facilitating organizational learning via a variety of feedback loops and retrospective findings to foster continuous improvement
- Collaborating with leadership team on forming and organizing of Agile projects and teams
- Deploying, coaching, and utilizing Agile metrics in the organization to drive desired business outcomes
- Collaborating with PMO functions to ensure metrics and measurements at the team, program, and enterprise levels are aligned with Agile practices and principles
- Fostering continuous improvement by the identification and escalation of organizational impediments
- Regularly assessing the Agile maturity of teams and programs, to inform the coaching and development approach
- Working with multiple teams, engaging with Program Managers, Product Owners, and team members to help build and reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed Agile principles in the day to day work
- Collaborating with fellow Agile coaches, Autoscrum Coordinators, and Scrum Masters to establish Communities of Practice
