As a Modernization Project Manager working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will be assigned as part of our technical work force to support Naval fleet readiness and ship modernization.

Provide research support of NDE, SPAWAR Installation Database (IDB), and other PARM Fielding plans, and assist in optimizing planned modernization work packages for each availability.
• Review schedules, installation strategies, material support plans, and provide risk assessments and proposed resolutions as required.

• Master's degree in any field
• 20 Years of experience in the Navy or supporting Navy surface ships
• 10 years' experience overseeing the maintenance and modernization of surface ships
• 10 years of Navy acquisition experience preparing POM and budget inputs and preparing responses to Congressional questions
• Secret security clearance

• 5 years of experience working with a Program Office at NAVSEA
• Project Management experience
