LMI is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Application Product Expert experienced individual to support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business areas. The Sr. Enterprise Application Product Expert will be responsible for supporting the Principal Enterprise Application Product Expert in the daily sustainment of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business areas on a large project team supporting the Army Shared Services Center (Army SSC) organization located in Huntsville, Alabama. The Army SSC provides capability support services to all Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) logistics and financial systems. Capability support includes system sustainment, sustainment modernization, and enhancement activities such as system design, development, testing, and deployment. Specific tasks include functional analysis, help desk, cybersecurity, quality assurance, configuration management, database administration, portal and support tool management, SAP BASIS support, technical services, interface/middleware maintenance, and system monitoring.

Responsibilities
    The Enterprise Application Product Expert will be responsible for supporting the daily sustainment of the Plant Maintenance business areas.
  • Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the sustainment of interfaces including as required
  • Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the configuration tasks:
    • IMG tables as required related to Data Structures Analysis of Help Desk Tickets (HDT) and appropriate follow-up actions
  • Sustainment of all Plant Maintenance Workflows
  • New enhancements to the system in any of the areas utilized for Plant Maintenance (new functionality or changes to requirements)
  • Support the principle enterprise application product expert in the management of upgrades to SAP ECC through application of Support Stacks / Packs (Analysis and testing) serve as the resident expert for all plant maintenance book functions and transactions.
  • The Sr. Enterprise Application Product Expert must perform root cause analysis and enhancement functions of all relevant processes
Qualifications
  • US Citizenship and Active Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelors or Post-Graduate Degree desired
  • Army Aviation Experience in operations and maintenance
  • 4-8 years of SAP experience in working with SAP Material Master (Functional and Technical) with multiple life cycle/go live events
  • Significant knowledge of SAP MM, IM/WM, PM, FI, CO and FM modules
  • SAP technical knowledge of scheduling and running batch jobs (SM37)
  • Excellent Data compare and validation skills in MS Excel and Access
  • Understanding of software development methodologies
  • Excellent documentation skills in MS Word
  • SAP certification is desired but not mandatory
  • Experience with DOD ERP systems and/or GCSS-Army a plus.
  • Knowledge of or experience in multiple SAP modules (Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Funds Management (FM) is a plus.
  • Strong integration knowledge of MM, FIN, SD, PM, MRP and IM/WM
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, or individually as needed.
  • Excellent communications skills to be able to deliver recommendations, advice and express concerns in both written and verbal formats.
  • Comfortable with developing and delivering briefings to all levels of Military and Government leadership.
  • Excellent MS OFFICE and technical writing ability
  • Travel requirement: less than 25% potential.
