We are looking to expand our Radiology Department with a Radiology Technologist at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego. Founded in 1890 by the Sisters of Mercy, Scripps Mercy Hospital is San Diego's longest established hospital, the only Catholic medical center, and the largest teaching hospital in the region.
The Radiology Department is run by an elite team that supports a Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and one of the largest ED's in San Diego County. As Radiology Technologist, you will be a part of a team that cares for a high volume and wide variety of patients. Our ideal candidate is versatile and fueled by the knowledge that every day will present a new challenge. You will be responsible for providing age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with the other members of the defined health care team.
This position is casual (per diem) with a varied schedule and is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital, San Diego in Hillcrest.
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
Fluoroscopy eligible (Must obtain Fluoroscopy license within 6 months of hire date)
Preferred Experience:
At least one year of acute care hospital experience as a Rad Tech
