Description

Schedule: 18 hours per week with Saturday availability. Preferred availability between the hours of 11am - 6:15pm Monday - Friday.
Wage:
Starting at $16/hour.

Position Summary:

Service Associates are empowered to serve our clients by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include teller transactions for lobby and/or drive-up clients, client service, and branch security.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Accept deposits and payments for loans and credit cards.
  • Issuing, redeeming, and settling all travelers' checks, savings bonds, cashier's checks, check orders, etc.
  • Responding to and resolving all balance inquiries, client questions, and problems in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain a balanced teller cash drawer.
  • Adhere to and manage the Safe Deposit Policies and Procedures; assisting clients with box account opening/viewing/closing, inventory, compliance and rotation.
  • Manage client debit card instant issue and PIN changes.
  • Report suspicious transactions, activities, and situations to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED preferred. If a current high school student, must be involved in DECA, BPA, or other similar type business program.
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Basic math proficiency and aptitude.
  • Proven track record of work stability and punctuality.
  • Dedicated and satisfactory attendance/punctuality.
  • Able to work Saturdays.
