Position Summary:
Performs various general maintenance work including plumbing, heating, carpentry, electrical, etc., necessary to maintain equipment and systems and related duties throughout all UMass Memorial Medical Center (UMMHC) Campuses. Works following general instruction such as routine work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, etc.Position Qualifications:

Required:
Ability to read, write, calculate and follow instructions and procedures. Knowledge of basic plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical techniques and repair principles. Works from specifications, schedules, and general instructions requiring interpretation in various applications. Basic computer skills required. Reading (English), writing (English), and ability to utilize Computer to input work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Work Order System with minimal training within (60) days of employment required.
