Job Description

Manage a consumer banking portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure. Support clients' banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring client service standards and appropriate staffing levels are achieved. Key responsibilities include promoting and cross-selling consumer banking products and services in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, and identifying referral opportunities to business partners. The Consumer Banker 3 is responsible for completing loan transactions, which requires successful registration with NMLS.

QUALIFICATIONS

Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a High School Diploma or GED and 3 + years relevant experience or related banking experience. Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment. Must be eligible to hold NMLS credentials; must complete all required training in order to apply for NMLS credentials.
