As a Quality Assurance Analyst intermediate or senior, you'll test company system functionality with a variety of techniques in our Enterprise Resource Organization (ERO) which supports enterprise wide initiatives across Progressive's business areas. Creating tests that model business scenarios, you'll validate systems are functioning properly and expose potential risks. With an understanding of business processes and system usage patterns, you'll use basic testing approaches such as functional, black-box and user acceptance testing methods.

Location: Mayfield Village, OH or Colorado Springs, CO

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study and two years of work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
• Instead of a degree, four years of related work experience listed in above bullet

Preferred skills

• Proficient using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries)
• Ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to the insurance business or common business functions (e.g. marketing, sales, and financial controls)
• API testing and tool experience (SoapUI and Postman)
• Experienced in Cloud technology and testing benefits
