As an inside
sales representative - field, you will split your time between phone and
field-based sales within your assigned territory. You will work closely with
our world-class sales organization and create, develop and execute a territory
sales plan to help independent agencies grow their business. As you develop
relationships, you will identify opportunities and change agent behavior
through education and selling of Progressive products, services and technology.
This role covers Colorado Springs, CO, and surrounding communities. Candidates must be
able to travel to and meet with all agencies within this territory.
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of
property casualty or business to business sales experience
- Valid driver's license and
auto insurance
- This position requires
compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies
Preferred
skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to analyze data and
results to identify business opportunities
- Strong sales and
communication skills, including rapport building, discovery and closing
techniques
- Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
