As a Software Developer in our Claims IT
team you'll maintain and support business continuity systems and work on project
initiatives to build and/or enhance applications. You'll participate in the
entire software development life cycle, and work with matured software
development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe). You'll help identify areas of
continual improvement and operational cost reduction opportunities. You'll
resolve incidents and provide problem resolution. Participation in the on-call
support rotation required.

Village, OH or Colorado Springs, CO
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or
higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and
two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting
software programs and applications
- Instead of the
above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and:
- The
completion of a technical training program, and two years related work
experience, or
- Four years
related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software
programs and applications
Preferred Skills
- .NET Core, C#, Angular, AWS (Lambda, Terraform, DynamoDB), IIS,
WCF, SQL Server, SSIS, XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, MVC, Mulesoft
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with
business customers
- Quality and customer service oriented
