As a Software Developer or Senior in the Enterprise Resource Organization you will deliver client server solutions across all of Progressive's business areas. You'll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. Solutions are developed in a fast paced, agile-like methodology.

Location: Mayfield Village, OH or Colorado Springs, CO

Must-have qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
• Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and: 
• The completion of a technical training program, and two years related work experience, or 
• Four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications 

• Full stack development. Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular (v4 or higher preferred), JavaScript, API, Google Analytics, and Agile. Cloud technologies is a plus
• Experience with iterative development, unit testing practices, and database design principles
• Ability to learn quickly in order to gain working knowledge applications and frameworks
• Exceptional collaboration skills
• Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
