As a senior recruiter, you'll leverage your talent
acquisition expertise and market knowledge to support our staffing needs
throughout the organization. You'll own full life cycle recruiting for a
wide variety of roles, gaining exposure to multiple business units within
Progressive. Managing a large requisition portfolio in a fast-paced
environment, you'll source, interview and present highly qualified, diverse
candidate pools to your business partners. As a brand ambassador for
Progressive, you'll form strong relationships with business partners and
candidates to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree and five years of recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR
experience
- Instead of
bachelor's degree, seven years of recruiting/talent acquisition or
functional HR experience
Preferred skills
- Experience working
in full life cycle recruiting including requisition management, resume
review, candidate interviews and working within an applicant tracking
system
- Proven ability
to create new and effective sourcing strategies for specific roles using a
variety of sourcing techniques and resources
- Ability to
engage and influence candidates and business partners; customer-focused
and collaborative with internal and external customers
- Working and
thriving in a matrix environment where resources are shared
- Ability to
recommend process improvements and lead projects with little guidance
